Credit Cowboy provides credit repair, credit education, and credit consulting services.
The specific services, fees, estimated time frames, and cancellation terms applicable to your enrollment are described in your written service agreement.
These website Terms do not replace that agreement or authorize us to obtain your credit reports, submit disputes, or charge you for services.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee a specific credit score increase, removal of any particular item, completion within a particular time frame, or approval for a mortgage, loan, credit card, or other financial product.
Results vary based on your credit history, the accuracy of reported information, creditor and credit bureau responses, and other circumstances.
Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot be removed simply because it negatively affects your credit. You may dispute inaccurate or incomplete credit report information yourself without paying a credit repair company.
Eligibility and User Responsibilities
Our services are intended for individuals age 18 and older.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain current contact information, and promptly notify us of changes relevant to your services.
You agree not to submit false documents, make false identity theft claims, or request disputes you know are untrue.
If access to credit-monitoring information is needed, you must provide appropriate authorization through our designated onboarding process. Any access must comply with the monitoring provider’s terms and applicable law. Do not submit passwords or sensitive financial information through general website inquiry forms.
Fees, Cancellation, and Refunds
Any fees and payment obligations will be disclosed in your separate written service agreement. Fees will be requested or collected only as permitted by applicable law.
You have the right to cancel a credit repair contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after signing it. Your service agreement and accompanying cancellation notice will explain how to exercise that right. We will not begin credit repair services before the applicable waiting period has expired.
After that period, cancellation and refund requests will be handled under your written service agreement and applicable law.
Submitting a dispute does not, by itself, make a fee non-refundable or eliminate any cancellation, refund, or other consumer protection rights.

SMS Communications
Program Description
Credit Cowboy offers text communications to individuals who opt in. Depending on your consent, messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, onboarding instructions, and service updates.
Marketing or promotional text messages will be sent only where separately authorized by the consent required by applicable law.
Consent
Providing your telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services requested. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan.
Opting Out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. We may send a final message confirming your opt-out. You will then stop receiving messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
Opting out of text messages does not automatically cancel a service agreement. Contact us separately if you wish to cancel services.

Delivery
Message delivery is subject to wireless carrier availability and other technical factors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except providers necessary to deliver and support the messaging service.
Educational Information and Professional Advice
Website content is provided for general educational purposes. It is not individualized legal, tax, investment, or lending advice.
Credit Cowboy does not provide legal representation. Consult an appropriately licensed professional about legal, tax, investment, or lending decisions.
Third-Party Services
Our website or onboarding process may refer you to third-party providers, including credit-monitoring services.
Those providers have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and cancellation procedures. Unless expressly stated in your written agreement, canceling Credit Cowboy services does not cancel a separate third-party subscription.
We do not control third-party websites, services, credit reporting decisions, or lending decisions.
Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, or misuse another person’s personal information.
We may restrict website access to address misuse or security concerns, subject to applicable law.
Website Availability and Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information and reliable access, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Credit Cowboy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website interruptions, technical errors, or reliance on general educational content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws or your separate written service agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to you.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date. Updates apply prospectively. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
Changes to these website Terms do not automatically modify an existing signed service agreement.
